Clutch Motors are the tried and true standard for the production sewing machine industry. The motor runs continuously and the sewing machine is started with a treadle activated clutch. A heal operated brake provides for instant stops.

CLUTCH MOTORS feature: 3/4 h.p.; built-in, pre-wired 6 volt plug-in receptacle; fully enclosed pulley guard which meets OSHA requirements; vibration-less table mounts and built-in adjustable belt tightener; swivel mounted clutch head; extra heavy flywheel; and standard Amco-style 3/4″ bore pulleys.
Also has 3 mounting bolts!
